CYCLIST: 4 GOOD HABITS TO CULTIVATE:

GOOD HABITS TO CULTIVATE:

  1. Never leave your bike unattended or outside.Take it with you in the store if is necessary or even ask a clerk to keep an eye on it.

  2. Ride as if every car driver is indifferent or actually hostile and none can see you.Listen to those behind and look ahead anticipating rogue maneuvers.Constantly scan the road for debris, glass ,sticks ,cracks ,sewer covers, etc.

  3. Ride every chance you get, even just a couple of miles is better than none.Consider doing local errands a blessing, not a curse, and learn how to carry anything you buy in your jersey pockets or inside your shirt.

  4. Check your bike after every ride: wipe off the rims and spokets, frame and inspect tires.Put away clean ,it’s a joy when you get out again!
